1. Advance payment is mandatory to secure your slot. The remaining amount is payable  after the match (soccer and cricket fields).

2. Cancellation Policy:-
Customer Cancellation: The advance payment is non-refundable if cancellation is initiated from your side.
Urban Turf Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation from Urban Turf, the advance will either be refunded or adjusted for a future slot.

3. Prohibited Items: Smoking and spike shoes are strictly prohibited on the turf field.
Eatables, chewing gum, and  pan spitting are not allowed on the field.

4. Conduct: Misconduct toward Urban Turf staff will result in cancellation of your slot and potential bans on future bookings.

5. Personal Belongings: Management is  not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
