Terms and Conditions

Advance payment is mandatory to secure your slot. The remaining amount is payable after the match for soccer and cricket fields.

Cancellation Policy: Customer cancellation makes the advance payment non-refundable. If Urban Turf cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the advance will either be refunded or adjusted for a future slot.

Prohibited Items: Smoking and spike shoes are strictly prohibited on the turf field. Eatables, chewing gum, and pan spitting are not allowed on the field.

Conduct: Misconduct toward Urban Turf staff will result in cancellation of your slot and potential bans on future bookings.

Personal Belongings: Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
