Booking Policy
Advance, cancellations, conduct and turf-care rules.

20% advance is mandatory to book your slot.
Your booking is confirmed only after the advance payment has been received by Urban Turf.Remaining Payment

Please keep the balance payment ready once your match or session is completed.Customer Cancellation
In case of cancellation from your side, the advance would not be returned.
Advance payment is non-refundable when the cancellation is requested by the customer.Urban Turf Cancellation
In case of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation from Urban Turf side, the advance would be returned or adjusted in any future slot.
Urban Turf will either refund the advance or help adjust it against another available booking slot.Smoking and Spike Shoes
Smoking and spike shoes are not allowed in the turf field.
This rule protects the turf surface and keeps the field safe and clean for every player.Staff Misconduct
Any misconduct with Urban Turf staff would lead to cancellation of your slot and bookings in the future.
Urban Turf expects respectful conduct with staff, players, guests and management.Food, Gum and Pan
No eatables and no spitting of chewing gum or pan are allowed on the turf field.
Please keep food, gum and pan away from the playing area to maintain the turf condition.Personal Belongings
Management will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on these premises.
